Pre and Postnatal Core and Pelvic Floor Lab

Join Molly for one hour of mama-specifc yoga, safe for all stages of motherhood. Followed by another hour of in-depth talk about specific practices and techniques to strengthen and heal your core and pelvic floor. We will talk about pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, and other common mama ailments. This lab is designed for women in all stages of motherhood, from those just thinking about getting pregnant, to mamas with multiple kiddos.

Nurturing the Mother Workshop

This 2 hour workshop is designed for pregnant mamas, their partners and anyone else looking to give support to the mamas in their lives. We will focus on how to support women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. We will talk about physical and mental comfort measures. You will leave with a solid sense of how to nurture the mama body mind and soul.

Come dressed for gentle movements, we will flow through a short yoga sequence and dive deep into breath work.

Pranayama for a Strong and Centered Mama

Prevention and Recovery for Diastisis Recti

Pelvic Floor Health

Diet and Exercise for Pregnancy and Postpartum

How to Create a Strong Support System

How to Create a Solid Birth and Postpartum Plan
